Amgen (Including Amgen Biotechnology Consultation (Shanghai) Co., Ltd./ Amgen Biopharmaceuticals (Shanghai) Co., Ltd./ Amgen Biopharmaceutical Research & Development (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., collectively "Amgen", "we" or "our") are committed to respecting your privacy and your personal information. 1.Amgen processes your personal information for the following legitimate purposes:

1.1 Obtain your consent: After obtaining your consent, we will process your personal information pursuant to that consent.

1.2 Legitimate business purpose: In order to carry out Amgen's professional and scientific activities, promote and assess Amgen's products and services, we will collect your personal information to enhance our understanding of how Amgen's products are used to treat corresponding diseases, or create aggregate data (including research) that will be used for Amgen's business purposes; to improve our products and assessment that may help us improve our services. In some instances, this aggregate data may be derived from a combination of personal information provided by you to us and personal information provided by other users.

1.3 Comply with Legal and regulatory obligations: For purposes of Safety Reporting and Pharmacovigilance Regulation, if you contact Amgen regarding your experience of using one of our products, we may include the information you provide in safety reports which we are required to make to regulatory agencies (e.g., the U.S. Federal Food and Drug Administration or the European Medicines Agency). We also may use the information to contact the prescribing physician to follow up regarding an adverse event involving use of our product.

1.4 As necessary to perform a contract under which you have been engaged: In order to provide services to you, Amgen may sign a specific contract with you and collect your personal information (the specific processing purpose, processing method and type of personal information will be subject to the content of the contract signed with you on the occasion) to fulfill its contractual obligations.

2. Information About Participants in Clinical Trials

In order to conduct the clinical trial, we will collect and use the personal information of the participants in the clinical trial, including your name, gender, date of birth, relevant records due to illness and treatment, etc. (subject to the informed consent signed on the occasion). We will inform you of the collection and use of personal information and obtain your explicit consent before conducting corresponding clinical trials. For any questions relating to your participation in a clinical trial, contact the Principal Investigator on the study and/or refer to the Informed Consent and other trial documents provided to you.

3. Information About Patients

If you contact Amgen regarding your experience in participating in one of our patient support programs or using one of our products or services, including to report an adverse event (‘side effect’) or a defect or quality issue with the Amgen product you received, we may ask you for specific facts, including patient initials, age, gender, and the prescribing physician(subject to the informed consent signed on the occasion). We may use the information you provide in submitting reports to regulatory agencies as required by law (e.g., National Medical Products Administration of China) and/or for quality or support purposes relating to the administered programs. We also may use the information to contact the prescribing physician to follow up regarding an adverse event (‘side effect’) involving use of our product.

4. Information About Healthcare Professionals and their Staff

If you are a health care professional and participate in professional and scientific activities organized or participated in by Amgen, including medical research, clinical experiment, professional conference, we will collect your name, telephone number, email address, field of expertise, audio recording, video recording and photos for activity management. 7.Information About Other Individuals

If you are a Healthcare Professional or a healthcare organization, it is your responsibility to obtain your patient’s authorization and consent to provide his or her health-related personal information to Amgen through our websites. This also applies when you are entering personal information on behalf of someone; for example, if you are a caregiver. By submitting any such information, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the patient’s authorization to do so. If the personal information processing activities required by our business are beyond the scope of authorization when the patient originally provides you with personal information, we will obtain the patient's consent again.

8.Exceptions to obtaining consent

According to relevant laws and administrative regulations, we do not need your consent to process your personal information under the following circumstances:

8.1 In connection with the fulfilment of obligations under laws and regulations by Amgen;

8.2 Necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract to which you are a party, or for the implementation of human resources management in accordance with the labor rules and regulations formulated according to law and the collective contract signed according to law;

1.1 Provision under statutory circumstances: Amgen may provide your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations, legal procedures, litigation or mandatory requirements of competent government departments (such as National Medical Products Administration of China).

1.2 Provided with explicit consent: after obtaining your explicit consent, we will provide your personal information, such as name, mobile phone number, etc. to other personal information processors (subject to the type of personal information we informed you before providing information to other parties), for Amgen's affiliated companies, prescription doctors and partners required for services provide you with personalized services such as health management services, product recommendation, data analysis or other service functions(the details shall be subject to the processing purpose we told you before providing information to other parties). In addition, at a co-branded site, you will see both the Amgen logo and the logo of the co-branded partner displayed on your screen. 2.Transfer

When the transfer of personal information is involved in a(n) merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation, we will require the new company or organization to which your personal information is transferred to continue to be bound by this Personal Information Protection Policy, otherwise we will require the new company or organization to obtain your consent again.

3. Publicly disclosure

Amgen shall, in principle, not be publicly disclosed. If public disclosure is necessary, Amgen will obtain your explicit consent. In addition, we may publicly disclose your personal information under the mandatory requirements of laws and regulations, legal procedures, litigation or government authorities.

4. Entrusted processing

We have established cooperative relationships with different suppliers who help us design and maintain our computer systems and security, reply to e-mail and customer inquiries, analyze our data and carry out special promotion. We will not authorize suppliers to use customer information for any purpose unrelated to our contractual relationship. We may use the services and information provided by a third party on our websites and other platforms, and we may cooperate with other third parties cooperating with Amgen (such as other pharmaceutical companies) to provide some services, provided that you have agreed to use the service, and the third party will process personal information according to Amgen's requirements. If Amgen really needs to transmit your personal information across borders due to business needs, we will, in accordance with laws and regulations and the requirements of relevant regulatory authorities, inform the individual of the organizational or personal name and contact information of the overseas recipient, the purpose and method of the processing, and the type of personal information involved, as well as the way for the individual to exercise his/her rights provided for by the Law against the overseas recipient, and obtain specific consent from the individual. IV How we protect the personal information of minors

Amgen's websites content and services are intended for adult users. The website is not directed to minors. If we learn that a minor under the age of 14 has volunteered personal or health-related information on our site, or that a provider has volunteered information about a patient who is identified as a minor under the age of 14 without obtaining the consent of the minor's parents or other guardians, we will delete such information from our active databases, unless required by applicable law to retain such data.

V Your rights

You explicitly know and agree that you have legal rights to access, copy, correct, supplement, delete and withdraw your consent to personal information under the condition of compliance with the law. 1. Access, copy your personal information

You can contact Amgen to verify whether Amgen holds your personal information, access and copy your personal information, except for the exceptions provided by laws and regulations.

If you request to transfer your personal information to a personal information processor designated by you, which meets the conditions stipulated by the Cyberspace Administration of China ("CAC"), we shall provide a way for the transfer.

2. Correct or complete your personal information

3. Delete your personal information

7 Rights related to the deceased

In the event of death of a user, a close relative of the individual may exercise the rights to access, make copies of, have corrected or deleted and other rights to the relevant personal information of the natural person as provided for by this Chapter, unless the deceased has arranged otherwise before death.

8 Respond to your above-mentioned requests

For security, you might be required to submit written requests or prove your identity by other means. We might ask you to verify your identity before handling your request.

We have established an application acceptance and processing mechanism for individuals to exercise their rights, and we will reply as soon as possible within a reasonable period after receiving your application.

We will not charge you for your reasonable requests in principle. However, a fee to reflect the cost will be imposed as appropriate on repeated requests beyond reasonable scope. As for repeated requests that are groundless and need excessive technological means (e.g., developing a new system or fundamentally changing the current practices) to fulfill, bring about risks to others’ legitimate rights and interests or are downright impractical (e.g., involving information stored on a backup disk), we might reject, but the reasons will be stated.

VI How we store and protect your personal information
